Recommendations on replacement camera system
Hi all,
I’ve got a crappy night owl hd system wired via coax style connections. The cameras themselves are kinda meh (720p) and the box itself barely works via app on phone or computer. Now with my latest phone I can’t even install the app.
Sooo… I think it’s time to upgrade. Id like to do something better quality than what I have…
So the question I guess is… should I upgrade to an NVR system since I’m ok with replacing the cameras anyway, or should I do wireless cams that are independent?
I’ve got a full WiFi mesh in the house. But I’ve had old wireless cams that really impacted my wifi with long range connections.
I guess he question is… nvr or individual WiFi cams? Both require running things so….
I am thinking nvr since I like to record often and in some zones 24/7 due to traffic… but open for ideas.
