Flooding Remains in Some of the Hardest Hit Areas in Jamaica

Three days after Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica, floodwaters have continued to rise in St. Elizabeth Parish because of a blocked drainage system. As of Friday, homes and roads remained flooded, and power had not been restored.
