Starting to Earn Certs: Ethical Training.

I want to get into Cyber security, and I’ve started. I’m going for my Bachelors’, I’ve tried some small CFT’s and terminal work, and some programming. Now I want to start looking at certificates. Networking and ethical training to start. Are the any bodies, (North America or EU, please specify) that I should be looking to become licenses/trained with? Any large providers that cover law and the ethics are it?
