Windows BSOD over WiFi found?

Disclaimer: All below can be consitently re-created on multiple devices

Hey, our school wifi network is so well setup that my PC literally BSOD after like 15 minutes of connecting to it. This is a consistent event, tried it multiple times during the day. I spend the whole lecture on my hotspot and once i connect to the school wifi it takes between 5-10 minutes for my Laptop to just die. I’ve seen this on other people’s computer in my class. I feel like there’s someone out there trying to figure out how to trigger a bsod over wifi on purpose and my school is just doing this for free. I don’t exactly remember the error codes but it’s usually one out of 3. I can recreate it if someone’s interested.

What can i do to further investigate? Maybe turn this into a usable exploit? What would be the steps to figure out what exactly is different in the school wifi?

meetstatistcs.online (with a missing i at the end)

Recently multiple accounts of mine including Instagram, Twitter, Gmail, Spotify and Microsoft all under the same password were hacked into, and some information was changed, but I changed it back and put new passwords up, made sure to enable 2FA on the stuff I care about and whatnot. However, when I was recovering my stolen Spotify Account, I saw the email was changed to (Random Person’s name)@meetstatistcs.online, and the new login was from Scotland. I tried googling it and I also used bing, nothing useful came up on either of them. I came here hoping to find someone who could tell me what meetstatistcs.online is or what’s really going on, I doubt it’s a personal attack, because all the passwords on those accounts happened to be the same. I don’t want to enter the website name into my search bar (by itself, linking me directly to the site) in case something bad happens, and I’d also like to know what could have caused my password to be leaked.
