New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern will resign her position by Feb. 7 saying she doesn’t have the energy or inspiration to seek re-election at this year’s general election.
Ardern said she still believed her party New Zealand Labour would win the upcoming election, which is set for Oct. 14, but with a new leader.
