cable management for two wired sensors on a window.
recently ordered tilt and turn/european windows for the entire house and opted for laminated glass for every window. currently, every window is a single hung window with a wired contact sensor. each window is its own zone and i would like to keep the contact sensor for home automation — a konnected panel is wired in parallel with the monitored system.
a contact sensor is next to useless for laminated windows in regards to security purposes. but it is possible to wire a shock sensor in parallel with a contact sensor.
all of my current wiring comes out of the side, so here is an example of how i would have to make wiring work;

(that wiring is not correct im pretty sure, but either way, two sensors, 2 conductors)
some windows will have the wire coming out of the hinged side, some will be coming out of the handle side. the shock sensor will have to be in the bottom corner of the hinged side.
i’d like to at least attempt to make the window not look like trash.
i was thinking pvc/plastic cable raceways but wasn’t sure if there would be something better. my windows have drywall returns, no wood casing or anything. almost seems worth it to do wood casing just to hide wires.
any suggestions? 🙁
