Any Modern iPhone RATs?

I’m looking to do some penntesting using a remote access tool on modern iOS devices, like a phone running iOS 16. I’m not looking for anything remotely deployable. I’d like to jailbreak one of my phones and install a monitoring program on it for research purposes. Does anyone know of anything out there like this? I’ve found some stuff with some basic research but its all for outdated iOS versions.

Edit: Seems that a lot of people are assuming I’m trying to deploy a RAT against a target or am asking for some actual spyware. What I intend on doing is jailbreaking my own phone that I have access to and loading the RAT using a physical connection. I’m not interested in actually spying on people and I know that that would take NSO-level sophistication that I won’t find short of having a few million dollars to spend. I’m looking for open source code I can install on a device *that I own*, something like Quasar RAT for Windows. I’m not looking to obtain Pegasus-level sophistication.
