So, everything started a couple of weeks ago. I’m going to make it short. I got a notification that told me that I opened a subreddit and that I already had a few people on the subreddit. It was in Spanish and it was called r/thebestexpert or something like that. I made it private and remove myself as an admin. Then later, days later, I’ve got an email saying “your meta ad has been confirmed” and basically someone else paid for an ad of a facebook page I became admin of. Once again, it was a Spanish Facebook page of random Facebook news, the spammy/scammy ones. Once again, I removed myself. The same day I’ve got tens of email of me subscribing to tens of different newsletter that I had absolutely nothing to do with, and someone bought a gift card off Amazon. Got refunded straight away and stopped all the newsletter. I also changed all my passwords. Finally, this morning I woke up with 2 transactions of Roblox on PayPal and something else from the US (I’m in the UK) that were immediately refunded by the merchant and I was not charged, but obviously that scares me a lot. I don’t know what details they have and what can they do with it, or how can I find them. I would like to clear this asap, do you guys have any idea how I can do that?

I never had a notification telling me that someone has been trying to get into my account, and there are no devices connected to my Google account aside from my devices.

I want to get into hacking so I read the pinned post about how to get into it and there was recommended to solve ctf’s. My problem is that it seems so difficult without any knowledge or learning the fundamentals.

So, what topics should I study before jumping into ctf’s?
