My apartment building switched out their access key fobs to the Schlage 9691T. Previously I’d used this reader/writer to dupe my old fob onto a card I conveniently kept in my wallet:

This gave me peace of mind, as the replacmement fee for lost fobs is $250, and I gave a copy to my cleaner.
I understand the 9691T has a a dual chip design, one for building access and another for the apartment door. Is there a way to dupe this without sending it into a speciality shop?
