Possibility to track down attacker?

On Friday, someone managed to successfully breach my Microsoft account. Over the weekend, they attempted to access my Apple and Google accounts, but they were unsuccessful this time because I have 2FA enabled. However, today the hacker managed to break into my Mega account, although there isn’t anything of great value in my cloud drive. Nonetheless, it feels quite unsettling to receive various email alerts. When I checked the account activity, I noticed that the hacker’s device is always listed as unknown, and their location keeps changing (possibly using a VPN). I’m curious about how I can prevent my other accounts from being compromised, and if it’s possible to track down the hacker.

Ethernet network automatic assignment

Hey guys, i live in something close to a frat, and the way internet works here is that you connect the Ethernet cable to your PC and somehow you get assigned one of the networks. The problem is most of them don’t work with my PC (or they don’t work at all, i don’t know). This has made my academic life much harder, and i was wandering if it is possible to make it so that i aways get the same network? i have connected to the IP address assigned to me but it wasn’t much useful, i believe there might be some sort of server administrating the connections. Thanks and waiting.
