I talked to Reolink support on this, and they said that the “auto focus” setting only applies to the behavior of the focus automatically adjusting itself upon boot, which I didn’t even know was a thing. The problem you are seeing below is that the cameras are automatically focusing on the branches instead of the road. When I manually adjust the focus to fix this, it will automatically revert back within a few days. Is this just a reolink thing or do they all do this? I understand that is necessary to adjust the image parameters based on lighting conditions, but in this situation the problem is that the camera is prioritizing the focus of the moving trees instead of the road.
