Hi all. I have posted this question on r/Arlo but wanted to try my luck here.
I just moved into a new house and the previous owners left behind their Arlo essential camera. I did my research and it’s a Arlo VMC3030. I want to factory reset it and am following these instructions: https://www.arlo.com/en_gb/support/faq/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera
However I am unable to get to step 2. I see the amber light flashing when I hold the sync button but as soon as I release it, I never see three flashes of the LED light. What am I doing wrong here?
PS: I have uploaded a video of the issue on the r/Arlo post linked earlier.
