Need camera / system tip for HD surveillance footage to catch mail-vandalism
I’ve got someone who’s tampering with our mailbox and mail, and I know which hours they most likely do this at, but I need the evidence.
Preferably, I’d need something that
- Is weatherproof
- Can be screwed to a wall mount / similar
- Does not need wi-fi to store / can store footage (I would only need about 2-3 hours I think daily.)
- Need to be HD / very good quality because I need a clear image
I already have a GoPro, so I could use that if all else fails, but I get about just 1 hour of continued footage and the motion detection inputs were a bit wonky and unreliable, and the app, at least last time I used it, was crap.)
Ideally, I would have a camera with a software that I could program to start recording at a set hour, and stop at a set hour.
Any reccs, tips, ideas? / Any ideas to what I should just completely stay clear off, etc?
