Hey all,

I’m pretty dumb and deleted the app connected to the 2 factor authentication for my openai account. Normally I wouldn’t give a shit and would create a new account but this account has chatgpt plus and so I pay 20 pounds a month. I have contacted their support team but from what I’ve heard my chances of getting help are slim to none. My two thoughts right now are either cut off pay to this account and create a new chatgpt plus account or some how try to get around the 2 factor authentication. If anyone would know if you can break to factor authentication it would be you guys.

On a side note how the fuck does a multi billion dollar company have basically no support team
