Best way to reprogram/reboot existing 2GIG control panel and installed system?

Hey all, bought a house in 2020 with a 2 GIG CP2 style alarm control panel and what looks like Honeywell sensors (from what I can read of them). It was hooked up to an alarm company for a time, but when we bought the house it was disconnected from an alarm service, just having chimes for doors and windows open, ability to alarm and I think fire and carbon monoxide detectors. Which is fine, we live in a safe neighborhood and didn’t need much else, just wanted to know when a door was opened really as we have small kids and would like the heads up when one decides he wants to play outside.

Fast-forward 2 years, same requirements in place, only this time our toddler decides to arm the system when he’s walking out the door for school because well shit, it’s a damn big ass red button that looks tempting as hell to push. Problem is, we never made our own alarm code, always had thr old one written down with our A/C warranty and other house related papers just in case, but when I go to look at it all papers are gone. Apparently demented mother in law thought my study needed a makeover and now doesn’t remember where she may have placed them. Either way, we needed the alarm off so against my own judgement went for a factory reset of the system.

Now, after a hiatus due vacation and other factors am trying to get the system back to at least where it was at. Problem is, I have very little exp. with this, am a nurse and this is a little outside my comfort zone. Am wondering if there is a more automated way to scan for sensors and have the system back up, or if it will be more technically daunting since the sensors are not the same brand as the panel?
