Help with new rental
I just moved into a new rental and need help reseting out Honeywell 5828 system. It is stuck in armed mode, and the breaker has to be left off or it goes off after the countdown. Please help. I need to disarm at minimum, and set a new code. Landlord has a security guy, but we’re hoping to get it figured out. Worst case scenario our garage door has to be manually opened till we/landlord can figure it out. Last Tennant was evicted so there some goblins left behind. 🥴🤯🖕🏻🙌🏻
