Qolsys IQ Remote PowerG not accepting installer/dealer codes
I just enrolled a new IQ Remote PowerG with an IQPanel 4. The enrollment was successful, however it’s not showing sensor names (it’s showing the icons for three open sensors), and when I try and access settings, it’s not accepting my dealer/installer codes.
At first it was only showing 4 digits for code entry (I tried 1111 and 2222 at that time), but is now showing 6 digits (which the IQPanel is configured for), but it’s not taking my dealer/installer codes, 111100, or 222200.
Anyone experienced this problem or have any suggestions to resolve?
