Wiring Paradox Alarm resistors for NC and NO triggers
Hi All!
So I’m wiring my first alarm. Paradox SP6000+ Please can I ask the community for some help with which resistors to use when? I’ve looked online but finding a lack of info on this.
I’m aware that when wiring a NC sensor I need to place a 1k resistor in series.
1) Which resistor do I use when wiring a NO sensor? I’m aware that it needs to be as close to the PIR as possible and wired in parallel?
3) Which and how do I wire a resistor for a siren?
4) Do I use an additional resistor for the status LED besides the LED’s resistor?
