New home with existing security: How to re-enable for local use only?

Model: Honeywell LYNXR
House is filled with door/window sensors and motion detecting devices. Just wanted to make use of it without paying anything.
Also, I don’t intend to replace the unit and make it ‘smart’. Just wanted to re-enable it or reset it for my own use.
Can I re-use it locally without triggering any alarm companies the previous owner paid for? Looks like there’s a phone line connected, so I don’t wanna fiddle around with it just yet.
