Hello,

Yesterday I realized someone has been able to login onto my outlook email account (using the webbrowser). Someone was sending emails in my name and also adding rules to forward specific mails to his own account.

What I have done so far:
– Logout on all devices
– Change password to a complex one
– Add 2FA + extra recovery mail
– Removed all rules

Yet, today I wake up. And I saw he added the rule again.

I really don’t understand,.. Even after changing my password and logging out on all devices, how would this be possible? How can he still have access?

Does anyone have ideas how to make my account secure?
