Question/Advice: Keeping a safe’s combination somewhere(?)

TL;DR What’s a safe way to keep a combination to a safe stored for access in case something happens to me?

This feels like a dumb, elementary question, but here goes:

I recently purchased a new home safe because my previous one’s locking mechanism has failed.

The new safe has a standard analog combination lock only. I chose this because I dislike having to worry about batteries and I didn’t want a key lock.

I’ve memorized the combination and I keep it in my password manager which requires a physical MFA key to unlock.

But, the password manager’s emergency access kit gets kept in the safe, along with the MFA key’s backup.

So, I’ve got a standoff. The safe place for me to store the combination is secured by the contents of the safe itself.

How do people typically deal with this?
