Thanks to some of the great advice I received in this sub so far I knew what questions to ask to reclaim the IQ panel Safe Haven installed in our new home a year and a half ago. The panel’s communicator was officially released today.
The panel is connected to the typical base level devices. Thermostat, garage door opener, front outside lights and deadbolt. I’d like to get a few sensors and POE cameras installed. I’m pretty good at DIY but I’ve read advice regarding these systems not being DIY friendly. Any guidance is welcome. What would some of you do in my situation?
Also, now that the panel communicator is released what do I do with the Verizon SIM?
