So the Visonic Alarm system I have had installed is very similar to this.
Model (printed on the alarm) is s-302481.

These are the instructions I’m following on page 26.

I need some help with changing the default master user code on my Visonic alarm (which I know).

I’ve followed the instructions on page 26 “setting the user codes” but no luck.

I have one “user code 1” that has my default master code.

This is what I’m trying to change to something new.
It makes a noise to signify it doesn’t like the new code for some reason…

Then “user code 2” is set to 0000 (default).
I dont do anything to this. I’m just stating what user code 2 is.

What am I doing wrong?

I just want one MAIN NEW passcode.

I also use the ConnectAlarm app which I can control via that which is nice.
