I am looking for a video doorbell system, that will be able to handle the heat of the Texas sun and be able to survive direct sunlight.

I have a ring video doorbell pro and have had to replace it three times in the last three years. I was under the impression when I bought it originally that it did not have a battery in it but I have learned this is not the case. Even though it’s hard wired to a transformer it has some kind of battery in it (at least that’s what I have been told)

So ideally I’d like a doorbell that can be hooked up to a real BNC dvr (Swann DVR8-4980) but everything I have ever seen wants to be NVR or POE and my surveillance isn’t up to date just yet for that. Right now what’s important to me is I get a doorbell that will alert me when it rings, have the ability to answer from it phone and say hello, but it has to be able to handle the heat.
