Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus
I purchased the iq panel 2 used and tested by hardwiring using 18awg to a door contact with 4.7k EOL resistor. I did this before activating service with Surety. The hardwired door sensor was working fine.
Than I hard reseted the Iq panel and activated the service with Surety. During the setup process, it updated the iq panel. When I try to add the hardwired door contact, the panel doesn’t recognize it. I tried using 18awg and 22awg wire but still doesn’t recognize the door contact.
Has anyone run into this? Or have any suggest to try?
