I had an IQ panel installed by ADT as part of a new construction home purchase and I happened to spy on the tech when he entered his dealer code. Aside from the panel, which was free to me, I didn’t sign up for any other ADT or other 3rd party service or equipment. After he left I went into the panel with the dealer code and noticed there are accounts already set up for admin, dealer, installer, and duress. I changed all those codes. But I’m curious what’s the admin account and how is it different from the dealer code? I tried looking up the manual and none of the ones i found mention the admin account.
