Long story short, I’m a truck driver so I’m frequently gone. My wife was home daily so we didn’t have a need for a security system. She’s left so now there’s no one there when I’m on the road. I’m looking for a system that’s not going to cost out the rear end and have monitoring. Keypad or key fob, sensors for the doors and windows and smoke alarms. I may have a camera system too but stand-alone so I can pull it up when I want to and not have to pay monthly for it. Any advice?
