Wich one will you choose? DSC Power Series / Hikvision AxPro / Abode

So i would like to put a new alarm system in a residential space.

I have the DSC Neo in another location and my main gripe with it its the closeness of the system. Cannot integrate with other automation software, like HomeAssistant, tuya, etc. I can only use the ConnectAlarm APP, very basic one. No Alarm.com service in my country. So if i want some automation, i would need to put double PIR’s and sensors everywhere.

Im looking for something more open / easy to integrate with other devices.

DSC Power Series + Envisalink.

  • Full integration with HomeAssistant. Can monitor devices, arm / disarm, etc.
  • Cheap.
  • Can only use cable devices, since my installer says the wireless one’s are very bad / unreliable.
  • Option to connect it with a 4G chip and ethernet comunicators.
  • The most secure and professional option, Difficult to hack.

HIkvision AXPro

  • Pricing its ok. A lot of devices!. Being all wireless i can install it myself.
  • Seems like it can integrate with HA: https://github.com/petrleocompel/hikaxpro_hacs
  • Can connect with 4G, cheap subscription.
  • I might get the hikvision intercom, so the systems might fit nice together.
  • There is some comments in the internet about some security vulnerabilities, but im guessing thats only accessible to high end robbers.

Questions

  • Can it work locally, or does it need connection to external servers?

Abode

  • My least desirable one, since there is a lot of bad comments from users about the bad practices of the company (Removing featues). And terrible customer support.
  • Easy to link to HA.
  • Seems like it can work locally with Homekit (Im not an user Apple, but im guessing i can buy a bridge or something?)
  • Devices are the most expensive. Not a lot of options.

Questions

  • Seems like some devices use Zwave, wich is good, but some of them are RF?.
  • I think the Zwave devices are closed and can only use them with their bridge?

What do you recommend? Any advice or comments?
