2015 got GHS. SIGNED CONTRACT 3 or 5 years.50$ a month Then they changed there name to VIO. Vio merged with alert360. Somehow both company’s were changing me 50 monthly each til 2021 Sep. Contacted ghs whom is no longer an entity stated alert360. They claimed to be monitoring as well as alert360. Yet it’s one old outdated system that’s in home. Had to trigger the alarm just to find out who was doing WHT. Headache of it all made me want nothing to do with all these company’s MSent the email for disconnection to alert360. Confirmed it received. Alert360 sends me welcome email 2023 January. I ignore. alert360 starts withdrawing out account I contacted them and they SAY GHS sold there customers to them. Another rep told me the original account was closed when i sent the disconnection letter in 2021 and another account was opened withnew numbers. The systwm in home isnt even compatible with there network. Yet they have continued to bill me since i had to change banks to block them from my account. Ghs was still charging beyond the contracts because it wasnt canceled when it was over so they rolled into another. I also changed banks to block there accesa too. 50$monthly for 3 yearss then 50×2 both companies monthly. . Since 2018….til jan2022.

Does this even make any sense because it’s so confusing you get stuck trying figue it out.

As of today I’ve gotten a statement saying I owe alert360 700 for past months
