i cant get this password
ive been trying to get a zip password for about 2 months , decided to try to use a .bat and some softwears to try get rid of the pass so i can open the file but it never works. the .bats never recognise or can find the file no matter how many times to follow tutorials. and the software just want my money and i’m not doing that for 1 file. there is a hint to the password was in japanese , i even asked and got a response about the password and even put in multiple things related to the hint but they dont work.

Want to replace ADT with another company
My elderly 95 year old parents live in the San Diego area and have ADT security. I don’t know the specific age of the equipment, but I’d guess about 10 years old. It’s nothing fancy, just sensors on doors and windows. No phone apps (not that they would be capable of using that).
When they have a problem ADT pretty much ignores them and I have to call to get them over. Service sucks. I’d like to replace ADT with another security/monitoring company but unsure what options I have. I don’t want to have to replace all the equipment, but maybe that’s not realistic. I really don’t know. Can a company come take over an ADT system, with perhaps minor modifications and additions? Would anyone have a suggestion for a company, either national or if you know the area a local one?
I don’t live near them to help in person, so it’s very frustrating.
