At work the windows PC assigned to me does not allow me to install basic software such as excel or python. While every other PC can freely achieve this without asking for an admin password. To me it seems as if the PC is in a state just below root. Whereas the others have root privileges by default. How can I go about gaining more privileges so I’m able to install softwares?
