How to use alert 360 video cameras from previous homeowner.

I have a alarm system (sensors) from the previous homeowner that I was able to move to surety/alarm.com. But I can’t figure out the cameras that are also on the house.

The cameras have a “alert 360 video” label, also say “network camera” model number cam-2mp-t28-02. They have a single cable which appears to be a CAT6. They are located all over the house and I’m not sure where the cables lead. Which brings me to the first question, is there a single point that all the cables are connected to? Or are they connected via network somehow? Additionally, Do I need to pay a security service (for the videos only, I’m not interested in remote monitoring) or can I buy a DVR type device to view and save camera footage locally?

I’m not really sure where to start with these cameras but I know they’re only 2 years old and should work if anyone knows how I can get started hooking them up to some recording device.
