Hey I’m a noob here but have been researching a bit for the last few weeks. I was going to purchase a reolink nvr and pick from their cameras, then I saw a forum saying they are bad because of shutter speed and night time still shots. or some specs like that. Can anyone recommend a decent and similarly priced system? I wanted to spend around $800 for the nvr and 4 cameras. But could stretch for around $1500 if necessary. I also saw concerns about the chip used inside these cameras being unsafe.

I’m wanting to monitor these areas, receive notifications, not pay a subscription, And maybe have the ability to activate a siren or something to scare intruders. Thank you for any help!!
