Since we closed our landline phone line, we have had two errors on the LED Keypad and we always need to enter our code twice to arm and disarm the system (error=”Telephone fault” and “Fail to communicate”). We are no longer connected to an external monitoring service. So, we no longer need to send alerts to a third party. Eventually, I want to connect my system to “Home Assistant”, but that’s another story.

How can I disable the phone line and communication problem errors on my NX8-V2 Interlogix paired with a NX148E Keypad?

I have all the master and program codes and I know how to navigate into the programming interface. I just don’t know what are the flags that I have to deactivate!
