Multi criteria smoke/CO interconnected detectors
Hello all, currently running terrible Kidde ionization smoke/co alarms that like to go off and wake up the kids and trip the panel to alert the monitoring company when my wife cooks. Have resorted to taking them down often ehich is obviously not ideal.
I’d like to find some three wire interconnected combination multi criteria smoke/CO alarms that wont be going off all the time. My old ones are due for replacement anyhow.
Only good option I’ve found so far are made by Universal Security Instruments which I have never heard of. They also have smoke/CO/natural gas alarms which I’d like for the basement but I do not want to go with an unknown maker.
Anyone have any good suggestions? Thanks in advance.
