Texecom premier – faults cannot be cleared
I just moved into a house a while back and accidentally triggered the alarm while working in the loft (don’t know why that area is armed…). Alarm disarmed, but then the Texecom premier panel shows multiple fault messages. I tried to clear alerts following the typical instructions I can find online (pass code > press reset) but nothing happens. The panel shows ‘call the engineer to reset’.
Should I call an engineer and pay for his visit? Or is there anything I can try before that? The messages that get cycled through on the panel are (sorry it looks like I cannot post images on this forum)
