Doorbell camera dies due to heavy traffic
So I live in Baltimore, on a street with a lot of foot traffic. I bought a Nest doorbell camera and an outdoor camera. The problem is that the doorbell camera lasts about 3 days without a charge and the outdoor camera lasts about a week. There’s a lot of people walking dogs and kids walking to the school next door.
So I don’t think wireless is the way to go. Unless the new ones are powered differently. Does anyone have any suggestions. I made the mistake of putting in an online quote for Vivint before I came to this sub and they call me more than my mother, and I never answer.
So ideas? One last thing is that I’m not as smart as people on here or technically skilled so if its a wired system, I’d have a local company install it. Thanks!
