Camera software similar to iCam

Currently, I’m using a cam software called iCam. It has tons of features I find useful but it’s started to seem dated and the developer responds once a year, if that. I was wondering if there was software with similar features I could upgrade to.

iCam pulls camera feeds from another software that you have to install called iCamSource. iCamSource can be installed on a phone (iOS or Android) which will essentially turn the phone into a camera and throw it into the list of cameras viewable on iCam.

It can pull JPEG/MJPEG streams from IP cameras. There’s a pro version that can do RTSP, as well. The cameras detection events are organized neatly. Instead of having a thousand events all in one single folder, it separates them every few minutes.

It can be installed on multiple computers and as long as you choose type the same username/password on each computer, all the cameras will still show up in the app together. (I currently have it installed at my house, my rental property, on an old iPhone 7 facing outside my window since I wanted to use it for something instead of donating or tossing it, and on a laptop that has a webcam pointed in my office) It’s been extremely convenient in this way.

I want to look for a replacement because the dev updates so little that I feel like he’s gonna pull the plug on the software sooner or later and then I’ll have to search for new software while not having access to any of my cameras

I’ve been reading through other people’s posts on this subreddit but it seems like not a single software has all the features this one has. It’s also pretty decent on CPU usage. (currently using a mini pc with an N5105 to record the IP cameras feeds and CPU usage is usually around 12-25%)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
