Any tools that can help identify motion in specific areas of recorded security camera video?
I have a bunch of 5-minute security camera video files, and I need to sort through it to find files which have motion in a specific part of the frame. I’m seeing tons of options to flag motion in specific areas of live video, but I can’t seem to find anything that will do it for already recorded video.
Is there anything out there that can do this? Free is best, obviously, but I don’t mind paying for a good solution if I need to.
