Just purchased a home with dated security cameras. Best method to upgrade?
From this photo is looks like it’s Defender’s discontinued 21002-EACH. The previous owner ran wire for three of these which connect back to a monitor hub. I’d like to upgrade the system to something more modern, but I’d also like to make use of the wire they ran (if it makes sense to).
Any suggestions on the best approach for this? I’m new to home security, but have some experience with home networking, NAS, etc.
