I would like to use these
Thermostat: Nest
Cameras and doorbell: Nest
Smoke Alarms: Nest
Switches: Kasa Smart switches, Any other suggestions?
Router – Nest – already own this.

It would be better not to have any other subscriptions or other hubs unless it is absolutely necessary. Products that I know I’m missing are
Window Sensors – I keep getting suggestions of SimpliSafe but when I go into their website, it shows that I need to pay a subscription
Door Sensors
Smart Lock – would like something that I can share a temporary password with expiration time.

Blinds – I’m not sure how I can make blinds smart.
Garage opener
Sprinkler system
Temperature/Humidity/Water leak/ sensor – do I need it?
