Company has a few security issues

So I just got a gig at a certain company, and there is several security vulnerabilities. I told my boss but they don’t care. As a hacker and security enthusiast it bugs me.

Employees don’t have phishing training.

Routers are wide open (admin page)

They allow employees to connect devices to company computers 🤦

Should I not care? Like it’s kinda hard for me to not care when people’s info are at risk.
