Recommendations to meet requirements – Home Security Cameras

Hiya. I have a single family home, currently using 2 fixed point cameras both aimed at the door in front, connected to a DVR and a monitor up in my home office in the attic, and a ring doorbell at both the front and the side doors.

The quality of the two fixed point cameras aren’t very good, and the Ring doorbells are annoyingly too slow to be practical to see who rang and to speak with them before they leave.

So I am looking to upgrade and need the following system requirements and hope you are able to point me in the right direction.

To be able to see who is at the front and side door in real time, not logging into an app like Alexa and Ring, from five locations in my home, and to communicate with them in real time without major lag.

To be able to record a week of motion data in a high enough definition that I can read license plates in the street, aimed at both approaches to my front door, the side alley, and the backyard; a total of four vantage points.

To access the real time and recordings remotely from my phone and to interact with the doors from my phone as well, though I do have the Ring doorbell app.

Thank you very much for your help and advice.

FYI: The DVR actually recorded 4 cameras, but two of them went down a couple of years after installation. The screen is divided into four, with two boxes blank.
