Looking for PCIe Riser & 12v Power Injection Schematics/Gerbers

I have an ARM SoC that supports BIOS-level bifurcation across it’s exposed 8x and 4x lanes, and I am looking to create a couple of passive PCIe boards to turn this board into more of a desktop. The 8x lanes can supply up to 75W, however the 4x will need 12v injection I believe.

Trying to find the 12v injector schematics has been really tough, and all I keep finding are the AliExpress Mining cables made out of IDE/SCSI cables with a little capacitor hanging off the side. Trying to reverse-engineer this from pictures was hard so I bought one, but in the process of removing the tape the capacitor broke and I cant figure out how it was soldered… All I have been able to gather is a capacitor between 12v and Ground which makes me nervous to test without a proper schematic. And when you look at some of those PCIe x1->x16 adaptors for mining you usually see them advertised with 8-10 caps.

TL;DR: Goal is to find a schematic and possibly gerber files so I can create some daughter boards to mount my ITX board into an ATX case to cleanly break out the PCIe signals without a ton of adapters and wires to hide, in addition to learning a little more about how 12v power should be injected safely.
