Help to modernize and use (inherited) security system

Thank you in advance.

Noob here. We got a security system with the house that we recently bought. It was installed and managed by secure360. The setup seems to sort of work. For example, if I open backyard door, the display panel shows a number blinking which maps to backyard door number.

This is what I think I have. Help me know/understand what I have. Pictures here

  1. Vista 15P (Pictures labelled WA 15P (1) (2) and (3)
  2. Alula BAT Connect V
  3. Smoke Alarm. Not sure
  4. Pic 1 (Not sure what that is)
  5. Motion sensor. Not sure.
  6. Honeywell display/control panel.

General question. How is this setup usually powered? I see a backup battery but I don’t see anything else.

I want to modernize and use it. I want to

  1. Self manage it
  2. Control using my phone. (I am fine opening a port or vpn-ing into my home network).
  3. Maybe, replace the display panel with something that has a touch screen.

This is what my current plan is.

  1. Disconnect alula. What precautions should I take to not set some unknown alarm off? I see a sim card in alula.
  2. Replace alula with EnvisaLink.
    1. Are there any alternatives to envisalink that come with built in wifi?
    2. Should I go with wifi to ethernet bridge. (I don’t have power source for such a bridge).
    3. Or should I draw ethernet wire through the wall. It will be painful to get wire all the way to the panel.

Also, what are my options w.r.t replacing display
