I bought an Icsee camera a few years ago. Is there a better way to read the files?

My house was broken into two nights ago. I have an Icsee camera overlooking the front yard. I found a program that can read the files but it’s chinese and keeps crashing, there’s no way to export the videos, and all the text is just ????.

I am able to play back the files when it’s not crashing and I have a clip of the intruders legs as he’s walking away from the house. I’d like to export the clilps so I can bring it into a video editing program so I can scrub through the clips a lot quicker. Any suggestions?
