I am not sure where to go from here. My house came with a DSC832 alarm and since I didn’t have a master code or installer code, I factory reset it by connecting the PGM 1 and Zone 1. The master code seems to work now but the problem is all zones are showing as SYSTEM OPEN. The keypad shows the correct zone name but show them as open…and seems to have no effect where I physically close or open them.
Do I need to re-program the panel? It already shows the correct zone name…do I need to redo the zone naming and all? I didn’t find any guidance on how to repgram the DSC 832….any help is greatly appreciated!!
