Looking for help finding a Wifi based security camera system with a DVR server and phone app for ipad/iphone, one outdoor camera I want optical zoom, the other wide angle. Continuous livestream to devices desired.

My two targets:

Birdbath:
I have a birdbath about 15 feet from the outdoor mounting position of the camera, which I can plug into an outlet with 15 feet of cord.

I want the birdbath saucer to take up the vast majority of the viewing frame in high resolution without using a digital zoom, optical zoom is ok

Backyard/Back porch:
Mounted about 8 ft off the ground, access to 120 outlet with extension cord, 270° desired field of view mounted on outside top corner of porch with both bottom sidewalls of porch in view to see the dog on the leash and as high to the horizon as possible in the field of view.

To clarify camera position/viewing area, imagine a cube with a camera on a top corner viewing its two adjacent vertical faces and as much of the surrounding area as possible.

Both locations have excellent wifi signal.

I don’t want to pay for any subscription services, but will consider it if reasonable

I assume a local server on the network is the way to go. Quality of livestream is prioritized over length of recording time.

I do not wish to run physical camera cables to a server, but will consider it. Wifi seems the more logical choice.

Desired budget is to stay within $500 as we have that invested in the Ring equipment we are returning.

Night vision/flood lights optional.

A speaker on the porch cam desired to yell at the dog to be quiet when it’s barking.

These dogs are spoiled beyond belief, and are not neglected.

I tried to use a Ring outdoor camera, but Ring only allows 10 minutes of streaming before timing out. Ring also has such a wide angle with poor resolution that when placed in a close test position 2.5 feet from the center of the birdbath 45° overhead, we still zoomed in and had poor resolution. 15 feet away made the birdbath crazy small.

I am not at all familiar with the systems available, the style cameras available, or the software available. I thought Ring was an obvious choice because we already have a Ring doorbell, but was incredibly disappointed with their outdoor cameras and software.

Optical zoom would be desired on the Birdbath camera, some kind of super wide angle for the Porch cam. Continuous streaming availability required as we want to mirror the Birdbath/Dog camera to the television and view it uninterrupted for a long as we want.

With one bad camera decision under my belt already, please keep me from making another one in the home security category.
