I have an ex heroin addict neighbour who has continuously harrassed me, sexually harrassed me, intimidated me to get into my flat, invaded my privacy, chased my car with a drone, used it to look through my kitchen window to the point ive had to put black out privacy film up, slandered me around the area. I have 3 reports to the police against him. Xmas Eve I had a bit of an issue with an overflowing toilet that went into his mistresses bathroom. Well, I tried my best to stop the flow, dry the floor and stop everything I could and ring a plumber out. He tried to come inside my property using his mistress as bait but I refused to give them entry under any circumstances. He watches me when I leave, what time I come back, if I’m getting food delivered etc. Its seriously overbearing. He moves my bins constantly and my cats outside bed. You can understand why I didn’t want him anywhere near me or my flat. Well today, I took the rubbish out and he had moved my cat bed once again and moved only 1 bin, moved his mistress dismantled wardrobe almost as if to make space for a ladder to climb up to my upstairs window to try and gain access. This was literally over night as when I came back last night everything was in order, and today it was in disarray. It is not bin day for another week. Her bins are right next to mine and haven’t been moved. It is seriously alarming. EDIT: I have now placed blackout privacy film on my bathroom window as well as my storage room window, and moved my bin back and got rid of my cats bed to stop him from always moving it. Now my windows on my entire front of my house is covered in complete blackout privacy film! BTW my landlord has approved my request to move, but it could take quite a few weeks to do. They won’t move me unless there is a danger to life. I have a social worker I can talk to about his behaviour. Potentially could I get him arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary/attempted burglary?

I plan on getting a hidden security camera when I have the money to do so, but I shall also report it to my landlord and the police aswell.
