I am currently researching for camera models, with which to equip my home with. I am currently looking for 1, while the final setup would likely have 3-4. Here are the parameters:

1. The camera should be Wi-Fi or PoE
2. No subscription service involved, the footage would be saved on a home server that is connected to an RPi (making the camera intractable via the RPi is an advantage)
3. No Chinese products / brands
4. The camera will likely be indoors, looking outdoors trough a window, as such weather doesn’t need to be taken into consideration
5. I have a soft limit of up to 500 USD but cost is not a big deal, if I can get a higher quality product.
6. Night vision in this case is not a high priority since if there is any movement a terrace light goes on automatically an illuminates the area.
7. Should be purchasable via Amazon.
